Dear President,

 Good Morning!

   I know that you are a Catholic Theologist and I wish that you continue with your prayers and remain in this Religion of yours. But as GOD is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient and ABSOLUTE. As everything on Mother Earth is RELATIVE AND NOT ABSOLUTE, many actions generated by us here do not lead to the Peaceful Evolution of Humanity.

In my Doctrine - Positivism, with a SCIENTIFIC connotation, which is based on the Natural Laws of the Kingdom of Mother Earth, through the 7 Sciences* (Mathematics, Astronomy, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Sociology and Morality or Construction Science - also known as Scientific Psychology and its respective technologies) + added to the 15 Natural Laws of SUPREME FATALITY, discovered and not invented, by the greatest philosopher that Humanity has ever generated. (*) To be science there is a need to possess 7 Simultaneous Attributes: Real, Certain; Precise, Organic, Relative and Social.

 The Main Maxim of Positivism is:

LOVE AS THE PRINCIPLE, ORDER (Employer) AS THE BASE; and PROGRESS (Proletarian) AS THE OBJECTIVE

Note: (Topography, Prime Numbers and Accounting are technological applications of Mathematics) (Economics is a technological application of Science Sociology) and (Right/Duties; Education; Politics and Medicine of the ART of Good and the Art of Beauty)

This exposition was valid for us to facilitate the substantiation the 12th Law of Supreme Fatality; or Law of Mutability or Law of Equivalence or Law of Action and Reaction. - There is always equivalence between reaction and action, if the intensity of both is measured according to the nature of each conflict.
