Venho por meio desta,
confirmar o entendimento preliminar, ocorrido em contato telefônico, em
21/09/2018 com o Dr. ANDRÉ CASTRO DOS SANTOS. e enviar os dados preliminares
para conhecimento de uma AREA que poderá servir para COMPENSAÇÃO AMBIENTAL, da FAZENDA
TANGARÁ DA BOCAINA – ARAPEÍ-SP.
Visando melhor entendimento, segue
primeiramente uma descrição geral, da AREA em questão:
1). DESCRIÇÃO DO SÍTIO.
Este Paraíso Ecológico, com 198,61 alqueires paulistas
(444,892 ha), conhecido como Fazenda Tangará da Bocaina, a 1400 - 1700 metros
de altitude, com mais de 110 nascentes e 6 riachos, onde os madeireiros e carvoeiros fizeram no
passado as devassas de grande parte das áreas vizinhas,
deste patrimônio, pode ainda ser encontrado o Habitar dos Animais Silvestres,
que ali vivem e procriam. Com 374,57 ha de Floresta; 67,78 ha Campo Nativo; 1,61
ha de Caminhos; Benfeitorias 0,42 ha; Áreas descampadas 0,512 ha.
São imagens encantadoras e sons maravilhosos; os passarinhos de
dezenas de espécies que gorjeiam; Os Gaviões, Galinho da Serra, Urú, Cuiú,
Pica-Pau, Sabiá, Tucano, Jacú, Inhabú, Curió, Maitaca, Papagaio, Saracura,
Tangará etc. ; dentre os mamíferos temos a Onça, Capivara, Porco do Mato, Anta,
Cachorro do Mato, Lontra, Iranha, Gambá, Gato do Mato, Caxinguelê, Preá, Lebre,
Cutia, Veado, Macacos, Paca, Tatu, Tamanduá,
etc. .
Há várias picadas pela Floresta, sendo que uma
delas nos leva a um ponto de aproximadamente 1700 m de altitude, onde se
visualiza a Serra da Madeireira, a Pedra do Frade – no litoral de Angra dos
Reis; o Pico de Itatiaia – em Resende, numa visão panorâmica de rara Beleza
Natural. Outra nos conduz à cabeceira de uma Queda d´Água, de aproximadamente
300 m, onde pode ser praticado o esporte radical – Rapel; uma terceira
caminhada por dentro da Floresta, passando por duas pontinhas até chegarmos ao
Poço da Anta, onde podemos nos banhar. Desse poço, logo a seguir encontramos
uma pequena cachoeira.
A Fazenda Tangará da
Bocaina. Localizada no Município de Arapeí – Estado de São Paulo – Brasil -
distando pela estrada de rodagem 195 km do Rio de Janeiro e 328 km de São
Paulo. Para ter acesso há necessidade de trafegar por 15 km de estrada
secundária, aconselhamos aqueles que possuírem veículos 4x4 – tipo Toyota Bandeirante
ou similar. E por Helicóptero - 15
minutos de Agra dos Reis; 30 minutos do Rio de Janeiro, 45 minutos de São Paulo
e 15 minutos de Resende.
Dista
em linha reta mais de 10 km do Parque Nacional da Serra da Bocaina.
Pré-projeto
aprovado pelo DPRN, com definições de áreas que podem sofrer modificações por
implantação de projetos futuros, dentro da legislação florestal vigente.

Possui Energia Elétrica bifásica – Sistema de
TV e funciona bem com sistema de Internet via satélite – HughesNet – Possui sistema de vigilância
via satélite – Internet. Mesmo que a energia elétrica seja cortada entram em
ação duas baterias e um sistema de alarme é acionado para ação de qualquer
parte do mundo, para que policiais imediatamente sejam enviados ao local, para
dar cobertura. Tem prego na estrada de propriedade da fazenda e em certas
lombadas para furar pneu de carro e moto dos que forem lá sem autorização. O
ambiente é seguro, mas temos hoje em dia nos prevenirmos.
A estrada foi melhorada. Estes filmes datam de

Possui uma sede
de 200 m2 – salão de 70 m2 com vão livre três quartos sendo dois com suíte; copa
cozinha, área de serviço e varanda. Não foi forrada para não dar mofo. Sistema
de caixa de esgoto e de caixa de sistema de tratamento em subsolo de águas de sanitários.
Mais dois prédios – Um com 5 X 10m com sistema de cozinha industrial e
churrasqueira. Local adequado para pouso de Helicóptero de pequeno porte. O
Outro com quatro banheiros rústicos. Todas as benfeitorias foram realizadas
pelo atual proprietário. ( Estrada, energia elétrica, benfeitorias, pomar e etc.)
Já foi feito o
Georeferenciamento, e neste momento está na fase de Desmembramento da Fazenda
da Glória e faltando receber um documento do INCRA, para que o Cartório de Registro
de Imóveis de Bananal - SP, possa efetuar de forma definitiva o Registro da
Escritura da Fazenda Tangará da Bocaina,
em nome de Paulo Augusto Antunes Lacaz. A
área inicial obtida por Aerofotogrametria foi de 436 ha e pela nova técnica
do Georeferenciamento deu 444,892 ha.

The Trump Administration’s critics are in a bind: During the 2016 election, many claimed that then-candidate Donald J. Trump’s economic policies wouldn’t work—in fact, that they would likely trigger a major recession. Nearly a year and a half into his term, the results are undeniable.
Nearly 4 million jobs have been created since the election, including 400,000 in manufacturing. New unemployment claims recently hit a 49-year low. Almost 3.9 million Americans have been lifted off food stamps. The economy is on track to hit its highest annual average growth rate in more than 13 years.
Looking for a new talking point, the left found one: Jobs, stocks, and economic growth may be soaring, but pay is not. “Worker wages remain stagnant,” ThinkProgress declared in July.
Except pay isn’t stagnant—not by a longshot. A new report from the Council of Economic Advisers this week explains the origins of that misleading stat. According to the CEA, official wage growth estimates often ignore key parts of the real compensation that workers receive. Among other problems, these measures exclude the value of crucial benefits such as health insurance, taxes, and paid leave.
Real wage compensation has grown by 1.4 percent over the past year, well above inflation growth. CEA’s estimate translates to more than $1,000 of additional income each year for the average American household.
