Dear Mr. Mike Pompeo,

      With all respect that your position as US Secretary of State gives to you, by the Militarily Most Powerful Country in the World, however, unfortunately you probably do not know the "Philosophy of History"- https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/history/  and possibly has gone unnoticed by your Advice, in alerting you, what Aristotle already said - 365 BC, in The Politics  https://socialsciences.mcmaster.ca/econ/ugcm/3ll3/aristotle/Politics.pdf , where he proved that Democracy is the Worst of Political Regimes and most recently in DAVOS-2015 have already reached this conclusion - The End of Democracy, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsmpLllrdWs , communing with a renowned American Independent Senator, Mr. Bernie Sanders https://www.sanders.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/sanders-speech-at-sais-building-a-global-democratic-movement-to-counter-authoritarianism   , who worries about this issue, especially when You proposed that the USA and Brazil come to create the recovery of Democracy in Venezuela, with probable military invasion!

I do not believe in the military action of the other Latin American countries against Venezuela, because we are aware about  Russia and China interests in this country and their commitments in the repayments of the recent US $ 5 billion loan agreed with Russia that are being paid with Petroleum.

 

The US and these other powers involved to have warlike weapons such as uclear warhead, which neutralize in threats, but not in military action.

President Putin said: "No Nuclear War is going to start, but to defend yourself you have certainty, that you will go to Heaven. And the Enemies will stay in the Hell of the Earth."

After this global presentation, to identify myself I will state my position, regarding what you said in a recent interview when you were in Brazil, on President Jair Messias Bolsonaro possession.

This government of Mr. Bolsonaro, due to his attitudes, fits in saying: "Authoritarians seek Power by promoting division and hatred" and it can already be noted that only seven days in duration is eroded by serious internal contradictions and high lies.

In order to attend to this American Imperialism, I suggest that you propose to the Bolivian Government, in the person of its President, Evo Morales, that he be a mediator and that in the possession speech, on January 10, 2019, where President Nicolas Maduro says which is willing to negotiate with the Transnational Oil and Gas Industries, to become Partners, to form companies in the same way that Petrobras associates in Brazil, with Transnational Petroleum Groups - Y%, to guarantee their profitability, to have resources to carry out their Social Plan Benefits for the Venezuelan low income people and meeting the policy dictated by the US Department of State, avoiding further conflicts.

I hope Nicolas Maduro is not very proud and understands that many times we are "Inflexible in Principles, but Conciliating in Facts". Many times we have to turn to the Banks, paying high interest to continue existing. We often lose a little, but we continue to live well.

As for Democracy and Human Rights, I can inform you that the Political Regime that operates in Venezuela was based on ideas created by a great Statesman - Simon Bolivar - whom you honored on a Postal Stamp - as "Champion of Freedom".
