PREAMBLE
We, representatives of Brazilian
society, supported by Scientifically Enlightened Public Opinion; but that are
of Practical Experience – Proletarians and Employers; understood and supported
by the Military and Priests – Progressive and Conservative Academics and
Politicians, bearers of the Hierarchical Disciplinary Order, which blocks
neither creativity nor development; and Non-Anarchical Progress and a
Non-Retrograde Order; socially evolutionary to Social Well-Being; gathered in a
National Constituent Assembly, to establish a Sovereign Societocratic National
State, designed to ensure the exercise of Social and Moral DUTIES: Planetary,
Eastern, Western, through a civil, domestic and individual project; not overly
nationalistic, but Patriotic; having freedom with responsibility, public
security and National Sovereignty, the development of the subordination of
selfishness to Altruism, of Rights to DUTIES, of analysis to Synthesis and of
progress to Order; equality of opportunity, justice as supreme values of a fraternal,
pluralistic and unprejudiced society, founded on Positive Social Harmony and
the Scientific Morality of the Public Cause; committed to the domestic and
international Hierarchy, with the peaceful resolution of controversies, that
is: reconciling Order and Progress, ensuring Peace and Freedom of the Media,
with social responsibility; in this way satisfying the fair requests of the
CONSERVATIVE PARTY – Employer, and the worthy aspirations of the PROGRESSIVE
PARTY – Proletarian; always conciliatory in facts, but inflexible in
principles, we decree and promulgate, under the protection of the Evolutionary
Past of HUMANITY, the History of Our Homeland and the LOVE reigning within each
one and among Brazilian Families, the following POLITICAL CONSTITUTION, OF THE
REPUBLIC SOCIETOCRATIC FEDERATION CAPITALIST-POLICE/LABOR, OF BRAZIL;
STRUCTURING A BRAZILIAN CIVILIZATION and paying homage to the humanistic
achievements of Theologism, with its GOD YAHWEH; having as Advisor the GODDESS
– HUMANITY, who represents the set of Converging Beings from the Past, Future
and Present; who competed, will compete and compete, to improve the Social and
Moral Well-Being of the Evolution of the Human Being, here in the Kingdom of
Mother Earth.
