Within my Scientific training in Sociology and Morals, the State of Balance and Imbalance of a SOCIETY, which is represented figuratively by a PLAN supported by Three legs of a Tripod – which represent the Positive Moral Capital; Scientific Intellectual Capital and Material Capital ($); all it takes is for one of them to unbalance or balance each other, depending on the magnitude of the variation of its legs it can generate Chaos or Tranquility in a Society.
