    The Brazilian fragile democracy is on destruction, through a Judiciary Dictatorship Regime, where Mr. LULA is a Lawfare victim.

   About the Apartment´s farce, known as Triplex, which was the evidence forged by the Federal Public Ministry Prosecutors, of Paraná State - Brazil, subordinate under Sergio Moro Judge - amoral and partial, member of the 13th Federal Criminal Court of Curitiba, who sentenced former President Lula to nine years in prison and then was tried in the Second Instance - the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF-4) in the Porto Alegre city - Rio Grande do Sul State, where the friends of this Sergio Moro Judge, sentenced Lula to 12 years and one month of imprisonment.

  Triplex is not of Mr. LULA; this it has already been proven. It is from the OAS Contractor, which was recently given as a guarantee of another loan, to Caixa Econômica Federal. Now a few days ago Triplex was occupied by a group of protesters, who provided the images, which reveal that there is no elevator and there is no furniture. This process is a lying political setup to try to get former President LULA completely out of the political dispute and not to be able to once again democratically elect Brazil President.

For you to know the "Lava Jet Time" from Sergio Moro Judge  - Curitiba / Paraná State and those of Porto Alegre / Rio Grande do Sul, who judged in the Second Instance the LULA - can be visualized in the commentary of the Judge of the First Court in Brazil - Supreme Federal Court, by Judge Dr. Gilmar Mendes, who amorality, when the "Time" uses amoral procedures; when Moro induces the defendants' lawyers to seek an Advocacy Office, jointly with the Time, to take action against the Lava-Jet. Through the Philosophical / Sociological / Moral analysis of these Southern Brazil Magistrates we find that their Education with reference to their Human Feelings(*), in the southern states of Brazil (capital of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina e the Rio Grande do Sul)  are linked to foreigners who had their origin mainly in Germany and Italy. In the pre-II World War period, for the grandparents (*) of Current Prosecutors, Prosecutors, Judges and Ministry Judges were vibrant with Nazism and Fascism time course - in the years 1925/1937. Curitiba had the largest Nazi party outside of Germany. This behavior of admitting that a poor man can achieve the maximum power of a Nation, generates in these extremist right- (financial applicator) minds, even earning much $ with them (Lula) in power, come to enjoy a feeling of HATE. How to admit that your children come to sit in the same bank and discuss the scientific work, where one has the Rich Dad and the other has the Poor Dad, but Worthy? Therefore, in the minds of these middle-class, socially retrograde, but rich, uneducated politicians of the Brazilian elite, LULA has to be condemned; they do not accept to have as President a Statesman of miserable origin, with almost no scientific study and they with doctorates. In view of this scenario, I request that you act in some legal way within International Law and the American Judiciary, so that the CIA and/or the FBI can provoke the just Mr. Lula da Silva Freedom. He does not deserve to be killed inside the jail.
