LE CONCEPT DE CAPITALISME D’ÉTAT englobe deux significations distinctes :

1) Le premier sens fait référence aux pays désignés comme socialistes, par exemple l'URSS – COMMUNISTE et Cuba par exemple, qui se caractérisent par le maintien de l'exploitation des travailleurs via l'extraction de plus-value, tout comme dans le capitalisme privé, mais où l'État en devient le principal propriétaire. L'État a le monopole des moyens de production, extrait la plus-value et la redistribue, en plus des investissements dans le processus d'accumulation du capital, entre les bureaucrates, qui commencent à jouir de divers privilèges, formant ainsi une bourgeoisie d'État.

2) La seconde fait référence aux pays capitalistes à forte intervention de l’État dans l’économie, où l’État s’efforce de développer les forces productives, s’opposant ainsi au libéralisme.

3) La troisième crée une nouvelle idée selon laquelle le système opérationnel entre les organismes : COG – Chambre du Budget et de Gestion – ​​le CCN – Chambre du Congrès National applique la planification morale pour le bien-être social des citoyens brésiliens, indiquée par le schéma du premier (COG), qui considère l'État comme l'applicateur des ressources prévues par lui ; dans les entreprises d'économie mixte ou les entreprises privées, en ce qui concerne l'application des bénéfices et l'élimination des pertes. Tous les citoyens brésiliens, de cette manière, chaque personne dont l'âge est égal ou supérieur à 21 ans recevra une prime de montants égaux, en argent du gouvernement, par l'intermédiaire du COG si les organismes paraétatiques ont un excédent dans leurs comptes publics et décident de partager le résultat. avec ses citoyens, s'ils ne réinvestissent pas.

STATE CAPITALISM, THE REPUBLICAN SOCIETOCRACY - THE JUDICIARY - THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN'S FEELINGS AND THE DEFENSE OF THE BRAZILIAN MENTALITY

 CONCEITO DE CAPITALISMO DE ESTADO abrange dois significados distintos:

1)              O primeiro significado refere-se aos países designados de socialistas, por exemplo, a URSS – COMUNISTA e Cuba, por exemplo), que se caracterizam por manter a exploração dos trabalhadores via extração da mais-valia, tal como no capitalismo privado, mas onde o Estado se transforma no principal proprietário. 2)                             O segundo se refere aos países capitalistas com forte intervenção do Estado na economia, onde este se esforça para desenvolver as forças produtivas, opondo-se assim ao liberalismo.

3)                            O Terceiro cria uma nova ideia que o Sistema Operacional entre os Órgãos: COG – Câmara de Orçamento e Gerenciamento – a  CCN – Câmara do Congresso Nacional fazem cumprir o Planejamento Moral do Bem Estar Social dos Cidadãos Brasileiro, indicado pelo traçado pelo primeiro (COG), que considera o Estado como aplicador dos recursos planejados por este; nas Empresas de Economias Mistas ou nas Privadas, com relação às aplicações dos Lucros e eliminação de Prejuízo. Todos os cidadãos brasileiros, Dessa forma, cada pessoa cuja idade for igual ou superior a 21 anos irá receber, um bônus em valores iguais, em dinheiro do governo, através da COG  se as Para-estatais tiverem um  superávit em suas contas públicas e resolveu repartir o resultado com seus cidadãos, se não fizerem re-investimento.
