    I found out all the links contained in this Virtual Ocean Dialogues to Fast-track Action, Innovation and Resilience - https://www.weforum.org/press/2020/05/virtual-ocean-dialogues-to-fast-track-action-innovation-and-resilience, I found nothing about improving the behavior of the Human Mind (Soul or Psyche) that will coordinate and execute the proposals of the projects originating, as well as the execution and monitoring for that all the current effort is not lost by the new human generations.
  

   In order for all these suggestions after being selected to be implemented and maintained for a long time and to be adjusted to conditions for improvement and not be forgotten by the new generations, there is a need to EDUCATE THE HUMAN FEELINGS in knowing how to subordinate the PERSONALITY UNDER SOCIABILITY, to continue to worry about these matters.

   To EDUCATE the FEELINGS is knowing as Subordinate the selfishness under Altruism, that is, subordinate Personality under Sociability.

      Do not lie, and do the social and moral good of others in the community, and therefore we will be doing our good, and of others, at the same time

         Follow some topics about feeling education art.

             Educate the feelings (subordinating selfish feelings to altruistic feelings) and educate scientific instruction (mathematic, astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, positive sociology and positive morals) and its technological applications.
