               Firstly I wish thank you very much for your attention as the invitation to participate in the Professional-communication Course, "Business writing and storytelling".

 But I will decline to participate in the Course, by virtue of I don't have the capacity and capability to speak and understand the English language fluently.

 But I would very much like to continue join with you, to transfer my Wisdom of a Scientific natural laws, from the Positive Moral Science or Construction Science or even known by the Positivists, as Scientific Psychology; with their natural laws; aiming to minimize political and economic crises; as well as reinforce the Natural Laws of Positive Sociology Science.
