I take the opportunity to suggest some New Ideas, based on Positive Sociology and Positive Moral Sciences, where this latter is known as Construction Science or Scientific Psychology, to define the ways for to improve the social and moral well-being of the American people, in the United States, aiming at a better distribution of income in a policed ​​capitalism.
