There is a need to warn the American military that the Conjectural Dementia that is happening in the Northern Hemisphere is highly harmful to the stability of the social and moral Well-Being of the Pacific Evolution of Humanity. Who controls the oil is Opec Plus (OPEC+ Syria + Russia) - the Power of the USA wanting to eliminate this important role of Opec Plus, which recently did not obey the American guidelines to cut production by 2 million Barrels/day; with support from Russia. Nothing will be able to be modified to improve the Social Welfare of the American People, by the Financial Market, by the Politicians or by the Judiciary, because they are fine, not desiring changes and have neither Patriotic nor Nationalist formation, to have Altruistic feelings, to provoke a Union, except the American Military, as was done in 1844 by Abraham Lincoln with his Army.

For this to happen, there is a need for the American military to create a New Political Regime - Policed Capitalist, with Freedom of Expression and Free Media, to save the American Civilization, aiming at the Social and Moral Well-Being of the AMERICAN PEOPLE.
