The Power of the Union Economy, for the employer and proletarian relations in operation, depends on a New Political Regime - a suggestion the REPUBLICAN SOCIETOCRATIC REGIME (**); that has a different form of election, more just for the proletarian and for the employer.

I suggest for the near future a New Idea, Policed Capitalist, never Liberal, with a reform of Wall Street (*); with a free press, with freedom of expression and mainly Human Rights being Subordinated to the Duties with Humanity.
Individual, Domestic, Civic or Patriotic, Western, Eastern, Globalized, and Planetary Duties.
I have conditions in some lectures to clarify the operational details of this new Idea of the New World Political Regime.
