I suggest that the first experiment is done here in Brazil and that the punishments are based on those that were introduced in Singapore in 1965.

The Brazilian Justice court is 85% and Politicians are 98% immorally corrupt, for methods practiced by CIA/FBI statist support in Trump period. but they have learned and maintained unethical and immoral attitudes.
