Only through the actions of a
Revolutionary Evolution. How? Through the ARMED FORCES and/or FINANCIAL
AGENCIES.
The FINANCIAL AGENCIES are
satisfied and do not desire any change. They only care about profit and the
rate of return on cash flow.
The American ARMED FORCES
participated in the formation of the AMERICAN STATE, when George Washington,
who served in the American Civil War against the Indians and later fought
against the British for the independence of the 13 colonies, was elected Congressman,
helped draft the American Constitution, and was unanimously elected President
of the United States twice. Honoring his Army, he participated in this
constitution, written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and entered into force in
1789.
The Constitution of the United
States is the longest surviving written charter of a Governmental Organization
in the world. Its first three words are in the preamble: "We the
People," which is a fundamental principle of the U.S. Constitution, making
its practical application and interpretation by today's governments complex and
contested. Although the Constitution, with its Preamble, establishes that the
government derives its power from the People, contemporary debates often do not
revolve around who exactly constitutes "the People" and how their
will should be interpreted and enacted.
Today, American rulers do not
consider the welfare of the people, which began with military and political
leader George Washington, who wrote in the First Constitution:
"We, the people of the
United States, in order to form a more perfect union, to establish justice, to
ensure internal tranquility, to provide for common defense, to promote the
general well-being, and to secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and
our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution to the United States
of America."
So that the National Guard does
not lose its sense of country and nationalism, and don't miss its DUTIES and RIGHTS in
upholding the Constitution, I suggest that you, Intellectual Leaders who
possess the notion of nation and homeland, seek to bring this warning to the
Supreme Court of the United States for approval, for the homeland will only
exist if the parameters for the formation of the spirit of nationhood exist.

The developments in the Middle East, an unprecedented crisis, and a wide-scale escalation of violence have once again demonstrated that genuine peace and security will not come to the region without a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue. 
Moscow has since advocated for the creation of an independent and viable Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with the capital in East Jerusalem, which could peacefully and safely coexist with Israel. Since 1990, the Embassy of the State of Palestine has been operating in Moscow. 
The statistics of dead and injured Palestinians are shocking: over 60,000 and 42,000, respectively. As Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasised a year ago during quarterly debates at the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East, this number is several times higher than in 11 years of conflict in southeastern Ukraine, which, unlike Palestine, Western delegations are sparing no words or emotions to describe.
